Own Symfonia
Any Kcell and activ subscriber can use the service.
You can activate the Simfonia service in one of the following ways:
- When buying a Ringtone on Simfonia.kz
- By calling the number 2010
- Having dialed USSD command *125#
- By sending SMS with text "ON" to number 2010
You can disable the Simfonia service in one of the following ways:
- By calling the number 2010
- By typing the USSD command *125*0#
- By sending an SMS with the text "STOP" to 2010

- When buying a Ringtone on the Simfonia.kz portal
- By calling the number 2010
- Having dialed USSD command *126#
- By sending SMS with text "ON1" to number 2010
You can disable Your Simfonia service in one of the following ways:
- By calling the number 2010
- By typing the USSD command *126*0#
- By sending an SMS with the text "STOP1" 2010

- The subscription price for tunes, Simfonia of the day and melody packs is indicated in the purchase window.
- Cost of own Ringtone makes 125 tenge, it is written off monthly.
- Payment for the service and a subscription to a melody written off from the balance of your mobile phone.
- Subscription fee for using the service Simfonia - 10 tenge per day. The subscription fee includes one melody KCell Music
- Subscription fee for using the service Own Simfonia - 10 tenge per day. One KCell Music melody is included in the subscription fee
- Subscription fee for using the service Simfonia of the day - 7 tenge per day. The monthly fee includes any number of genres Simfonia of the day
Cost of your own melody (option "Own Ringtone") it is 125 tenge per month (for each loaded unit).
In order to use this option, you must first activate the Simfonia or Your Simfonia service.
Useful information
- The cost of the Ringtone is indicated in the purchase window. The price is deducted at the time of purchase.
- When the Ringtone expires, it will be automatically prolonged. At prolongation the full cost of the Ringtone is written off.
- If the subscriber does not have a sufficient amount to be charged for a melody within 60 days, the melody is automatically deleted from the subscriber's profile. If the balance is topped up for a sufficient amount within 60 days, the melody subscription is extended from the date the subscription cost is debited for the next subscription period.
- When you buy a package of tunes "5 for the price of 1", the cost of the package is debited. When a package is renewed, its full cost is debited, even if individual melodies of this package have already been manually deleted by the user from the Personal account.
