Own Simfonia - a service with which you can replace the usual beeps waiting for a response to popular hits and jokes for outgoing calls from your mobile phone.
Preliminary listening of melodies is available on the WEB-portal www.simfonia.kz and through the voice menu by number 2010.
Call to number 2010 is free.
SBy subscribing to Simfonia of the day, you will hear a new Ringtone of the selected genre every day. The change of Ringtones will be done automatically. Every month the selection of Ringtones is updated.
The "Your own Ringtone" option allows you to set as a beep any audio file from your computer. In order to use this option, you must first activate the Simfonia or Your Simfonia service. Then prepare a sound file and, using the system prompts, download it from your computer.

When the service is activated, an SMS with a password is sent to your number. If you have forgotten the password, send a SMS with the text PASS at number 2010. In response you will receive a password. Use it to login.
Important! In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sending a short message to receive a password is equivalent to a written application for activating the service.
Any Kcell and activ subscriber can use the service.

When you connect to Simfonia or Your Simfonia service, you will receive an SMS notification with the access password for the WEB portal www.simfonia.kz (aka the password to log in to the app)
When you connect any service, a free Kcell Music ringtone is added to your personal account and installed for playback.

You can activate the Simfonia of the day option when ordering a Simfonia of the day of any genre through the website or app.
You can disable the Simfonia of the day option by deleting all the symphonies of the day from your personal account on the portal www.simfonia.kz or in the app.
When you enable or disable the Simfonia option of the day, you will receive an SMS notification.
Your mobile phone does not store any data related to the Simfonia service, except for incoming SMS messages with a password for accessing the service management or informational messages of the service as part of its provision. All information is stored in the system.
Adding your own melody is free of charge, if you have already activated the Simfonia service or Own Simfonia service. You can upload any number of your melodies.
The subscription fee is charged from the balance of your mobile phone.
The subscription fee of 20 tenge is debited from the personal account of the subscriber, if there is sufficient balance daily from 00:00 to 02:00 Astana time. If the subscription fee was not charged from 00:00 to 02:00 due to a lack of funds on the balance, then if the balance is replenished for a sufficient amount during these day, the subscription fee will be charged in full amount. If the subscription fee has not been charged for 60 consecutive days, the Simfonia / Own Simfonia service will be disabled.
Melodies are free of charge.
If there is no sufficient amount on the subscriber's balance to charge for the service within 60 days, the service is automatically disabled. If the balance is replenished by a sufficient amount within 60 days, the service becomes available again.
The Simfonia of the day option is free of charge.
The subscription fee of 20 tenge is debited from the subscriber's personal account daily. Timely payment is a prerequisite for using the service. If the funds on the balance are not sufficient for the provision of services, for subscribers with an advance payment procedure or if the credit limit for subscribers with a credit payment procedure is exceeded, access to the outgoing communication service, including the Simfonia/Own Simfonia service, is blocked. If there is no payment within a period of 7 to 60 days after blocking outgoing communications, access to the incoming communications service, including the Simfonia / Own Simfonia service, is blocked. The cost of the subscription fee is charged until the incoming connection is blocked.

If there is no sufficient amount on the subscriber's balance to charge for the service within 60 days, the service is automatically disabled. If the balance is replenished by a sufficient amount within 60 days, the service becomes available again.
